Shipping Policy

• Processing Time

  All products are handmade to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for production and preparation before shipment.

  Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after completion.

  For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for production and delivery.

• Shipping Destinations

  We currently ship within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery

  Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and typically range between 30–40 DKK.

  All orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as PostNord.

  Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. Please note that delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

• Customs & Import Duties

   

  Orders shipped to the United Kingdom or destinations outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

  These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

• Lost or Damaged Shipments

  If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • A replacement may be issued in cases of confirmed loss or damage
  • Refunds or replacements are only provided under these conditions
